Returns Guide

Your purchase will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment and we try to use recycled shipping products when available. All purchases are shipped via Postal Service First Class. For sizes bellow 11x14 " all prints are shipped flat in protective packaging. Above this size the shipment is done in a rigid tube or cardbox.I will ship your order to the address listed in your VINTAGE MAPS & PRINTS by OldCityPrints® receipt.

Please make sure it is the correct address.Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Usually this will be done within 1 day from the moment of your order.I am using priority registered mail to ship your prints. Insurance is not covered in the listing.

If you would like to insure your package, please contact me.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 15 days after you have received your order.

You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.Please bear in mind that thanks to busy holiday seasons or customs, Postal services may be slower than usual (specially US and Canada). So try to order your Christmas presents and gifts in advance!
