Old World Map Antique 1700

This is a reprodution of a rare world map in a cartographical unusual" single polar projection.
The copper plate was first published separately by Jacob Robyn in 1696. Already around 1700, the plates were obtained by the Danckerts family, who published them under Cornelis name, just omitting Reinier's name.

The Map is approximately 18 x 20 inches.
The map is printed on fine matte museum archival paper 270gsm
The frame is not included.

This page will be carefully inserted into a plastic sleeve along with stiff piece of chipboard. The sleeve will be shipped flat between thick cardboard to prevent any bending. I'm happy to combine shipping, just ask!
